Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our school and admission process

What grades does your school offer?

Our school offers classes from Grade 1 through Grade 12, covering Primary (Grades 1–5), Middle School (Grades 6–8), and High School (Grades 9–12). We also offer a Montessori Early Childhood program for children aged 3–5. Each level is designed with age-appropriate curriculum, qualified teachers, and dedicated facilities to ensure the best learning environment.

How do I apply for admission?

Admission is open throughout the year, subject to seat availability. You can apply by visiting our school office during working hours (Sunday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or by submitting an inquiry through our Contact page. Required documents include the student's birth certificate, previous academic records, passport-size photos, and a completed admission form. An entrance assessment may be required for Grades 6 and above.

What is the medium of instruction?

Our primary medium of instruction is English. Nepali is taught as a compulsory subject from Grade 1 onwards. For students in Grades 9–12, additional language options including Hindi and Sanskrit are available as elective subjects. Our teachers are trained to support students who are transitioning to English-medium education.

What curriculum and board does the school follow?

We follow the National Curriculum Framework set by the Government of Nepal and are affiliated with the National Examinations Board (NEB) for Grades 11–12. For Grades 1–10, we follow the curriculum prescribed by the Curriculum Development Centre (CDC). We also incorporate elements from Cambridge International Education to enhance the quality of our science and mathematics programs.

What extracurricular activities are available?

We offer a wide range of extracurricular activities including sports (football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, athletics), arts and crafts, music and dance, debate club, science club, robotics and coding club, eco club, and student council. These activities are designed to develop leadership, teamwork, creativity, and physical fitness alongside academic excellence.

What are the school timings?

School hours are Sunday through Friday, 9:45 AM to 4:00 PM. The school office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During examination periods, timings may vary. We observe all public holidays as declared by the Government of Nepal. A detailed academic calendar is shared with parents at the beginning of each academic year.

How does the school communicate with parents?

We maintain regular communication with parents through our school diary/planner, SMS notifications, parent-teacher meetings held each term, and our school notice board. For urgent matters, parents are contacted directly by phone. We also hold an annual Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting to discuss school progress and address concerns collectively.

Does the school provide transportation?

Yes, we provide school bus services covering major routes within the city and surrounding areas. The transportation fee is charged separately based on the route distance. All school vehicles are regularly inspected for safety, and each bus is accompanied by a trained attendant. Parents can inquire about specific routes and availability at the school office.
